It does seem like a crazy way to make a living, but in a time when people are losing jobs at a record rate, and with California being possibly the worst off state in the country, at least we’re trying to earn our keep, instead of just giving up and going on the dole. Thanks for understanding and helping us out, I appreciate it!
There are actually a lot of live action superheroine sites out there and, although most are X-rated, there are a handful of PG ones that seem to succeed, apparently because they each fill a niche of some kind. Here are some other examples:
Since you’re smarter-than-average writer-blogger-actresses, my guess is that you’d have an advantage in the creativity department.
Another advantage of this sort of thing is that you have greater control over the picture-taking. It’s harder to be sniped or stiffed when you take the pics yourselves. Also, you don’t have to be somewhere (the Boulevard) at a certain time (early in the morning). You can work at your leisure: go on location, shoot at night, et cetera.
